Fennal Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp

Garlic - 3 pods
Cinnamon - samall piece
Curry Leaves - few
Tamarind - a size of cherry fruit
Salt - to taste
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Tumeric - 1/4 tsp

Method:
Chop onion and tomato. Grind chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric,cinnamon,garlic,cumin seeds, fennal seeds & pepper together in mixee (i used kuzhambu podi instead of chilly powder and coriander powder. otherwise everything are same). Soak tamarind in water and extract the juice. In a pan heat the oil add some fennel seeds and curry leaves, then add onion and tomato fry well. Now the time to add the grind paste mix well then add tamarind extract and salt. Let them to boil. Then take one egg, break it and on the top of boiling kuzhambu slowely drop the egg. One by one do the same thing,let them to boil around 20 min. Now egg kuzhambu is ready to serve with rice or idly.
