Ingrediants:
Ragi flour - 2 cups
Water - 3/4 cup
Salt - 2 pinch
Grated Coconut - 5 tbsp
Method :
In a pan fry the flour without oil. Let it cool , then mix the water little by little in to the flour. Now we can see the small soft balls in the flour , need to break them. After that allow water to boil in a idlypot, then cover the idly mould with wet cloth, then sift the flour to aidly mould. Close the idly pot and allow that to coock atleast for 10 min. In a bowl add grated coconut and sugar mix well , now puttu is ready to serve. If you want you can add little gingelly oil in to the hot puttu. It will give a great flavour to that.
