Ingredients:
Rice flour - 1 cup
Jaggry - 1 cup (powdered)
Cardamom - 4 (powdered)
Coconut - 1/4 cup (grated)
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Hot water - as needed (3 cups)
Method:
Take a powdered jaggry in a bowl , add some water and put it in microwave for 10 min untill dissolve. Then drain with filter , to avoid the dirt which is in jagrry. In another bowl take rice flour and salt , make a soft dough by adding hot water .
In a big pan add the jaggry which is already melted add more water (2 1/2 cup) and cardamom powder, let them to boil. Then have the prepared dough into the murukku press which has round shape hole.
Then dropp the flour directly into the boiling jaggry mixture. Let it cook in medium flame for about a min. After that do the same process , let them to cook for 5 mins,then use a big spoon and break the lenthy flour when it is boiling.
Allow the whole thing to cook around 10 mins , after that check flour whether it is cooked or not. Then add grated coconut on the top of the pal kuzhukattai. Now it is ready to eat . It is very tasty when you eat with warm condition.
