Gongura pappu (pulichcha keerai with paruppu)

Ingredients:
        Gongura - 1/2 pound
        Onion - 1/2 of the big onion
        Tomato - 1/2
        Toor dhal or Red gram dhal - 1/2 cup
        Green chillies - 3
        Red chillies - 2
        Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
         Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
        Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
        Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
        Salt
        Oil
  
Method:
        Fist cook dhal with turmeric powder and asafoetida in pressure cooker. Again in a pressure cooker add oil ,mutard seeds,cumin seeds,when mustard seeds spluttered add onion , green chillies and fry well,then add tomato and mash well. Then add chopped gongura and stir well , when gongura change light brown colour add dhal,chilly powder and salt. Let it cook untill 3 whistles.
