Aappam

Ingredients:
           Boiled rice - 2 cup
           Raw rice - 2 cup
           Black gram dhal or Uzhundam paruppu - 1/2 cup
           Cooked rice - 1 hand ful
           Salt - as needed
 
Method:
           Soak the boiled rice , raw rice and uzhundam paruppu for 3 hours . Grind in grinder as a fine paste with cooked rice and salt. Let them to ferment for 8 hours. Then add water and bring it to dosa batter consistency. Heat a pan and wipe a pan with little oil , pour one laddle of batter in a pan and roatate the pan in round shape. Now the batter spread all over the pan , cover with  lid , let it cook. After that serve with sweet coconut milk.
