Ingredients:
All purpose flour or maida - 2 cup
Sugar -3/4 cup
Baking soda - 2 pinch
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 1 1/2 tbsp
Water 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup
Method:
First powder the sugar mix it with hot water. Second beat the warm ghee and baking soda with hand,then add maida and salt,mix well. Now add sugar mixture little by little with flour and make soft dough. Divide this flour mixture as equal ball, take one ball and roll this like a round chappathi (little bit thicker than the regular chappathi). Then use the knife and cut this circle as a small dimond shape. Sift the dimond cuts to a broad plate or papper. Do the same process for all the dough. Then heat the oil in a pan , with medium flame. Fry the dimond cuts little by little for both sides. Let them cool. Put them into a airtight bottles.
