Fish fry

Ingredients :

           Fish - 1 lb or 1/2 kg ( I used golden thread fish)
           Garlic cloves - 7
           Fennel seeds - 1tsp
           Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
           Kuzhambu podi - 1 tsp
           Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
           Lemon juice - 5 tsp
           Pepper - 1/2 tsp
           Oil - for fry
           Salt

Method :



         Clean the fish very well. In a mixee add pepper,cumin,fennel,garlic,turmeric,lemon juice,chilly powder and chilly powder. Grind them as a fine paste. Transfer to a bowl ,add the fish pices and mix well. Let it marinate for 1/2 an hour. Heat a broad pan and add oil ,then start to fry the fish with medium fire. If we want we can add chilly powder and coriander powder instead of kuzhambu powder. Take out of the pan when it turns brown color.
