Takkali adai or Tomato dosai

Ingredients :
     
       Raw rice - 2 cups
       Tomato - 3 medium size
       Red chillies - 8 to 10
       Fennal seeds - 1 tsp
       Garlic - 5 pods
       Salt

Method :



        Clean and soak the rice for 3 hours. First grind the tomato,fennal,garlic  and redchillies as fine paste and let it in a bowel. Now in the same mixer grinder add soaked rice and grind. Mix the rice batter with the tomato paste and mix well. Heat the dosa pan and pour one laddle full of batter and make like dosai , add a spoon of oil. Repeat the same for all batter.
