Baby potato fry

Ingredients :
      Baby potato - 1 lb or 1/2 kg
      Sambhar powder - 1 tsp
      Turmeric poeder - 1/2 tsp
      Onion chopped - 1/2 no
      Tomato chopped - 1/2 no
      Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
      Garlic - 3 pods
      Cloves - 1
      Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
      Curry leaves
      Salt
      Oil

Method :
      Boil the baby potato with skin in pressure cooker for 1 whistle. Remove the skin and make a small whole over the potato with the help of fork , it will help the potato to absorb the masala. Crush the garlic,cinnamon,cloves,fennel seeds. Heat a pan and add 2 to 4 table spoon of oil. Add curry leaves, chopped onion , tomato , crushed masala paste. Fry well , now add potato, sambhar powder, turmeric and salt together, mix well. Then sprinkle water and cover with lid. Let it cook for some time. Keep frying every 5 minutes. Once the potato absorb all the water and it changes its color it is done. It is very tasty to eat with sambhar rice, rasam rice, lemon rice etc.
