Ingredients:
Murungai keerai or drmstick leaves - 1/2 bunch
Thuvaram paruppu or toor dhal - 2 tbsp (cooked)
Onion - 1/2 (chopped)
Redchillies - 2 broken
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Coconut - 4 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 2
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Ulundham paruppu or urad dhal - 1 tsp

Method:
Separate drumstick leaves from the stem, wash well, keep it aside. In a pan add oil,let it heat,then add mustard,urad dhal and redchillies. When mustard seeds stat to spluttering add onion,stir well. Then add the leaves,mix well. The leaves came as small in quantity,add salt and toor dhal mix well. In a mixer grinder add coconut,garlic and cumin seeds make coarse paste and add to the cooking leaves mix well. Let it cook for 5 more minutes . Don't over cook,the leaves turn as hard. Don't put lid too. Serve with sambhar rice, pulikuzhambu rice,etc.
