Chicken kothu parotta

Ingredients :
           Parotta - 6
           Onion - 1 ( chopped )
           Tomato - 1 ( chopped )
           Thick chicken left over gravy - 1 cup
            Lemon - 1/2
            Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch ( chopped )
            Pepper powder - 1 tsp
            Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
            Egg - 2
            Salt
            Oil

Method :
            First, split the parotta into small pieces. Next,take a big pan, add the oil and fry the tomato and onion. In the middle of the pan, add the eggs and scramble them. Now add the parotta into the pan. Then, put in the salt, pepper,lemon juice, chilly powder, and chicken gravy. Next, toss it with two spoons. Lastly, add the coriander leaves and serve with onion raita.
