Murungai keerai adai or Drumstick leaves dosa

Ingredients :
   
          Kadalai paruppu or channa dhal - 1 cup
          Murungai keerai  - 1/2 bunch
          Idly rice or boiled rice or raw rice - 2 cups
          Garlic - 5 cloves
          Ginger - 1 inch
          Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
          Red chillies - 7 to 9
          Onion - 1/2 (finely chopped)
          Salt
          Oil
       
Method :
           Soak the rice and dhal together for 3 hours. Clean the drumstick leaves with water. Grind the soaked rice and dhal with garlic,fennel seeds,ginger,red chilies and salt. Not a fine batter , like coarse batter. Add the chopped onions and drumstick leaves into the batter,mix well. Check the salt and start to make adai. Heat the dosa pan and pour the ladle full of batter into the pan make like dosa,let it cook slowly. Add some oil. Then flip the adai and cook. When it turn as a crispy golden color,ready to serve.
