Ingredients:
Kezhvaragu mavu/ Ragi flour - 2 cups
Water
Salt
Gingelly oil - 1 tsp
Method:
Take water in a pan, add oil and salt. Let it boil. Pour the water into the ragi flour, mix with wooden spoon. Let it cool for 5 min. Now use your hands and mix the dough. Take a small portion from the ragi mixture and put inside the idiyappam maker. Make idly pot to boil with water, start to make idiyappam on the idly plate, let it cook for 10 min. Serve ragi idiyappam with coconut milk (with sugar) or add sugar and grated coconut on the top of the idiyappam, and mix with hands and eat.
