Palak/Spinach/Pasali keerai chapathi

Ingredients:

Wheat flour/Gothumai mavu - 2 cups
Palak/Spinach - 1 bunch
Green chilies - 3
Garlic cloves - 3
Ginger - 1 small piece
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt
Oil

Method:

Take the palak from stem and clean well. In a pan take water and let it boil, add cleaned palak leaves, let it stay for 1 minute. Then take the leaves from hot water and put into the cold water immediately. Drain the water completely, add them into the mixcer grinder and grind along with green chilies, garlic, ginger, cummin seeds. Make as a fine paste. In a bowl take wheat flour, salt and 2 tsp of oil. Mix well with hands. Add the palak paste into the flour mixture, add salt. Make the soft dough, if we need water we can add little bit, otherwise the water from palak is more enough. Let it stay for 1/2 an hour. Then roll the dough as a thin chapathi and cook with 1/2 tsp of oil in the dosa pan. Eat with any side dish what we like.
