Home made Pizza with vegetables

For the dough:

All purpose flour/Maida - 3 cups ( I used 1 cup of wheat flour and 2 cups of maida)
Dry yeast - 3 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Water

For toppings:

Mozzarella cheese
Vegetables - Bell pepper, Corn and  Onion
Marinara sauce
Italian seasonings
Garlic powder
Red chili flakes
salt

Method:

In a small bowl take lukewarm water, add sugar and yeast mix well, let it ferment. It will take 15 minutes.
Take big bowl, in this add flour, salt, oil and fermented yeast, mix well by adding water. Make a smooth dough let it stay until it become double in size. Mix Italian seasoning, red chili flake,garlic powder and salt keep it aside. Preheat the oven for 470 degree Fahrenheit. Make an equal size balls out of the dough. Sprinkle some dry flour on the kitchen top and roll the pizza dough, place the dough on the greased tray, or use aluminum foil on the tray. Gently press the edges of the dough with the fingers, spread marinara sauce on the top. Add the vegetables on the top, then add mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Italian seasoning mixture on the top. Place the tray inside the oven let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes. We can add Mushroom, basil, spinach, olives etc for the toppings.
