Ingrediants:
All purpose flour -1 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
salt - 1/4 tsp
Un salted butter - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Eggs - 2
Vanilla Extract - 2 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Method:
Preheat the oven for 350 degrees. put the paper cups in the cupcake mould, keep them ready before we start cake mixing.
Sift the flour,baking powder and salt. In a bowl beat the butter like cream then add sugar little by little beat well. Now add the eggs one by one then add vanilla essence and milk,mix well. It is the time to add dry ingredients, mix them little bit. Take a big spoon, scoop the cake mixture and drop it in the mould which is already prepared. Bake it in the preheated oven for 20 to 30. Use toothpick to check if the cake is ready or not.
