Bisibelabath powder

 Ingredients:

   Coriander seeds - 1/2 cup

   Channa dhal/Bengal gram dhal - 1/4 cup

   Urad dhal/Black gram dhal - 1/4 cup

   Bedige chilli/ Kashmiri chilli - 12 to 15

   Kasa kasa/ Poppy seeds - 2 tbsp

   Cinnamon - 2 inches

   Cloves - 10 number

   Fenugreek/ Venthayam - 1 tsp

   Cumin seeds - 2 tsp

   Dry coconut - 1/4 cup

   Bay leaves - 2 (optional)

Method:

    In a pan add channa dhal and urad dhal, fry well. After add kasa kasa, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, cinnamon, cloves, chilies and dry coconut. In a medium flame slowly fry all the ingredients. Once all are turned to brown in color, let it cool. Grind them as a powder. Store the powder into the air tight container.
