Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients:

        Paneer - 250 g
        Onion - 1
        Tomato - 2 (make it as puree)
        Green chillies - 2 (halved)
        Cinnamon sticks - 1
        Cloves - 4
        Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
        Garlic - 4 to 5 pods
        Coriander powder - 1 tsp
        Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
        Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch
        Curd - 2 tsp
        Milk - 1/4 cup
        Butter - 2 tsp
        Salt
        Oil
       







Method:

         First cut the paneer into a cube size and fry it in a pan with 3 tsp of oil, untill it became a golden brown color. Keep the paneer in seperate plate. In a same pan add 4 tsp of oil , in that add chopped onion fry well , untill it became a golden brown color , let them cool. Then grind the onion with cinnamon , cloves , garlic , and 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds. In a pan add 5 tsp of oil , then add cummin seed and green chillies , let them fry , now time to add onion gravy and tomato puree , fry well. One by one add chilly powder , corinder powder and salt , allow them to cook. After the raw smell disappears add milk and curd , mix well let them it became a thick gravy. Finally add fried paneer and 2 tsp of butter, covered with lid and cook them in a low flame for 10 min. Then add chopped coriander leaves and serve with jeera rice or naan.
