Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:
           Chiken Breast - 1/2 pound
           Bamboo sticks or stick which is used for tikka - 8(soak into water for 1 hour)
           Red chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp or as needed
           tomato diced - 2
           Onion diced - 1
           Bell pepper or Capcicum - 1
           Ginger - 2 inch
           Garlic - 10
           Chat masala - 1 tsp
           Lemon juice - from 1 1/2 lemon
           Salt
           Oil - 5 tbsp

Method:





           Cut chicken as cubes  and wash it well. In a mixee have ginger,garlic,chilly powder,chat masala,lemon juice and salt. Grind well , then add into the chicken mix well. Then add the diced tomato,onion,bell pepper and oil mix well , marinate for 2 hours. Preheat the oven for 425 F degree. Now in a soaked stick arrange the chicken as shown in the photo or do it your own. Cover the tray with aluminum paper and arrange the chicken sticks one after one. Now put into the preheated oven,cook untill it done. Serve with naan or roti. In this recipe i used onion and tomato only , so bellpepper is optional.
