Kadai paneer

Ingredients:
        Paneer - 300 g ( cut as a cube )
        Bell pepper - 1(diced)
        Onion - 1 ( 1/2 of the onion diced and 1/2 for gravy )
        Tomato paste - 3 tbsp or 3 tomatoes
        Kasuri methi - 1 tbsp
        Coves - 2
        Cinnamon stick - 1
        cardamom - 1
        Garlic - 4 cloves
        Milk - 1/4 cup
        Oil
        Salt
For kadai masala:
        Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
        Red chilly - 5
        Channa dhal/kadalai paruppu - 1 tsp
Method:
         Fry all the ingredients from kadai masala,in a dry pan and make it powder. In another pan add oil,add 1/2 of the onion and fry. Then add cloves.cinnamon,cardamom and garlic,fry well and let cool,grind as a fine paste. In the same pan add oil and fry the paneer,keep it aside. Then in a same pan add diced onion and bell pepper, fry well, keep it aside. In a same pan add oil, put the onion paste, fry well, add tomato paste and salt, mix well. Once everything done well, add water, let it for thick. Now add paneer,milk and kadai masala, again cook for 10 minutes. Switch off the stove, sprinkle the kasuri methi. Then the diced onion and bell pepper. Mix well.
