Ingredients:
Potatoes - 2 ( chopped like small sticks)
Corn flour - 4 tsp
Rice flour - 2 tsp
Salt
Pepper - 1 tsp
Oil to fry
Method:
Put all the chopped potatoes into the paper towel, remove all the water from potatoes. In a bowl put the potatoes, corn flour,rice flour, salt and pepper powder. Mix well. In a pan add oil and make it ready for frying. Drop the potato mixture into the oil, fry well till it became crisp. Serve with ketchup or any other sauce.
