Ingrediants :
Nendram pazham or plantain - 2
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
salt as needed
oil
Method :
Remove the skin of plantain. Chop finely with grater and mix with turmeric powder , then fry in the regular oil with medium flame. Once oil stops bubbling take the chips from oil. Now mix the salt and chilly powder. Great evening snack with tea of coffee.
