Chicken 65

Ingredients:
               Boneless skinless chicken thighs - 1 pound or 450 grams
               Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
               Lemon - 2
               Ginger - 1/4 cup
               Garlic - 15 pods
               Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp
               Salt
               Red food color
               Oil
               Curry leaves - 20 to 30 leaves (chopped)
               Allpurpose flour - 3 tbsp
               Rice flour - 3 tbsp
               Corn flour - 3 tbsp
Method:
              Chop the chicken into fine pieces. In a mixer grinder add ginger, garlic,chilli powder,food color salt and lemon, grind as a fine paste.  Take big bowl, add chopped chicken pieces, drain the exess water and add all the three flours and the masala paste. Mix all of them and let it merinate for 1 hour. In a pan take oil and heat it. In a medium flame, fry all the chicken , till it reach light brown color. Serve with sambhar or rasam rice or eat like snack with raw onion and lemon.
