Liver pepper fry / Eeral milagu varuval

Ingredients:
              Mutton liver / lamb liver - 1/2 lb
              Onion - 1/2 (chopped)
              Pepper - 1 tsp
              Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
              Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
              Curry leaves
              Ginger - 2 inches
              Garlic - 5 cloves
              Salt
              Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
              Kuzhambu podi - 1 tsp  or 1/2 tsp chili powder + 1/2 tsp coriander powder
              Oil
Method:
              Cut the liver and wash it around 5 times. Mix with turmeric powder.
              In a pan add oil, put pepper, cumin, fennel, ginger, garlic, onion, curry leaves.
              Saute it well. Let it cool. Grind as a fine paste with water.
              In the same pan add oil, mix the paste, what we grind, saute it.
              Now add the marinated liver. Sprinkle little water, add kuzhambu podi and salt.
              Let it cook in medium flame, till oil separate. We can use gingelly oil also.
              Serve with hot rasam rice or sambhar rice.
