Cauliflower / gobi paratha

Ingredients:
             Cauliflower - 1 (grated)
             Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
             Ginger - 1 inch
             Green chilies
             Coriander leaves - 1 cup
             Onion - 1/2 (chopped)
             Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
             Salt
             Oil
For the dough:
             Wheat flour 1 cup
              Oil - 1 tsp
              Salt
              water
Method:
             In a bowl put wheat flour,oil, salt, water and make a soft dough.

             In a blender add coriander leaves, ginger, onion and green chilies and grate as fine.

             In a pan add oil and cumin seeds, make it fry and add the grated onion mixture, fry well.

             Now time to add califlower. Put salt and turmeric powder, fry well. Let it cool.

            Take a ball of dough and roll it, put the cauliflower mixture in the center of the rolled dough and close
           
             Make a round ball. Spread some wheat flour and make paratha. In a dosa pan put the paratha add
             1 tsp of oil and cook it . If we want we can add ghee also. Serve with any side dish.
