Street style bread omelette

Ingredients:
Bread slices - 2
Egg - 1
Pepper powder
Salt
oil

Mint chutney:
Mint/pudhina - 1/2 bunch
Cilantro/coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
Green chilies - 3
Almonds - 6 to 7
Lemon - 1
Salt
Grind all the ingredients as a thick paste. Mint chutney is ready

Method:
Break an egg, and add into a small bowl or a cup, add pepper powder and salt mix well with a fork. Heat the flat pan, pour the egg mixture. Next, take a bread slice and coat it with the egg mixture on one side, put it to the side. Now, take another slice of bread and coat it with the rest of the egg mixture and put it on the top of the omelette. Pour one tsp of oil, let it cook, flip the omelette, spread one tsp of mint chutney on the top of the omelette. Now put the first bread slice, over the omelette, cook well. Once cooked well, cut in to half or four pieces. Then it is ready to serve!
