Coconut Thuvaiyal

Ingrediants:
        Coconut - 1/4 (chopped as small piece)
        Black gram dhal / Urad dhal - 3 tsp
        Tamarind - a size of cherry fruit
        Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
        Red chillies - 4 to 5
        Salt
        Oil



Method:

        In a pan add some oil and let it heat,then add urad dhal fry well. When it turns brown add red chillies and tamarind, fry well. Then add asafoetida powder and coconut, fry well. Let it cool for 10 mins. After that add salt and grind as paste. Add little bit water and grind as coarse paste. Serve with idly , dosa ,lemon rice and tamarind rice.
