Mutton fry

Ingredients :
              Mutton - 1/ pound (cooked and separated from soup) - check with mutton soup recipe - it already
              has onion,tomato,ginger,garlic,pepper and cumin in it.
              Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
              Salt
              Oil
              Kuzhambu podi - 1 tsp

Method :
            In a pan add 3 tbsp of oil. Then add fennel seeds and curry leaves,fry well. Now add the cooked mutton with the other ingredients, into the pan. Add kuzhambu podi and salt. Cover with lid and let it cook,till the gravy come to thick and oil separates from the mutton. So we can do three dishes from one cooked mutton.
