Achu Murukku / Achappam / Rose cookies

Ingredients:

               Rice flour - 1 cup
               All purpose flour / maida - 1/4 cup
               Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
               Coconut milk - 1 cup
               Salt - a pinch
               Water as needed

Method :

              In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well with whisk. Heat the pan with oil, put the murukku mould into the oil for 10 min. Now directly dip the mould into the batter. Make sure that the mould only goes into the batter 3/4 in length. Now dip the mould into the oil, after 3 seconds, shake the mould slowly. The murukku will go into the oil, let it cook till it get golden color. Take from oil and put into the paper towel. Store it into the air tight container for 1 week.
