Easy sambhar

Ingredients :
              Parangikai / pumpkin - 1/4 kg
              Tamarind extract - 1/2 cup
              Cumin seeds - 1tsp
              Coriander seeds - 1 1/2 tbsp
              Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
              Curry leaves
              Coconut oil - 2 tsp
              Coconut - 1/4 cup
              Red chilies - 6
              Salt
Method :
     
              Remove the skin and cut the pumpkin as cubes. Grind the cumin seeds,coriander seeds,coconut and red chilies. In a cooker add coconut oil, and put mustard seeds, curry leaves. When mustard seeds splutter add curry leaves and pumpkin, mix well. Add tamarind juice and the coriander seeds paste, mix well, add salt and close the cooker, cook till 2 whistle come. Serve with ven pongal or idly.
