Vegetable sagu

Ingredients :
           Mixed vegetables - 2 cup (carrot,peas,potatoes)
           Coconut - 3/4 cup
           Pottukadalai / fried gram dhal - 2 tbsp
           Cumin seeds / jeerakam - 1 tsp
           Ginger - small piece
           Cinnamon - 1/2 inch stick
           Green chilies - 3
           Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
           Curry leaves
           Salt
           Red chilly - 2
           Oil
Method :
            Cut the carrot and potatoes as cubes and cook with water till half done.  In mixer grinder add coconut,pottukadalai,cumin seeds,ginger,cinnamon,green chilies and grind it as fine paste.In a pan take oil and put mustard seeds, red chilies, curry leaves. Once mustard seeds splutter add vegetables, coconut paste and salt, mix well. Let it cook for 10 min. Serve hot with poori or chappathi.
