Ingredients:
Mushroom - 6 nos(cleaned and chopped)
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Onion chopped - 3 tbsp
Cilantro/Coriander leaves chopped - 2 tbsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Corn flour - 1 tsp (mix with 2 tbsp of milk)
Salt
Water
Oil
Method:
I a pan add oil and ginger garlic paste, fry them till the raw smell go.
Add onion and mushroom, fry well. Add 1 cup of water,salt and pepper powder. Let it boil.
Time to add corn flour mixture. Let it cook for one more minute, add chopped cilantro. Serve hot.
If you want to add more taste to the soup put some plain corn chips on the top of the soup.
