Ingredients:
Soft noodles - 4 pack
Capsicum/bell pepper - 1 finely chopped
Carrot - 1 chopped
Mushroom - 5 no
Onion - 1 chopped
Garlic - 4 no chopped
Ginger - 2 inches chopped
Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt

Method:
Boil water in a pan. Add 4 pack of noodles, let it cook till half done. Filter the water from the noodles and wash the noodles with running cold water.
In a broad pan add oil, then add ginger and garlic. Fry them, now add onion and carrot. At last add the bell pepper and mushroom, fry well. Time to add noodles and pepper powder. Mix well.
Then add pepper powder and soy sauce, stir well with high flame. Check the salt level and add more, if it needs. Because we already added soy sauce it has salt in it. Serve hot.
