Ingredients:
Nannari roots - 10 g
Sugar - 1 lb or 1/2 kg
Lemon
Ice cubes
Method:
Take the nannari root. Separate the stick in the root. Wash it. In the teapot, take the roots add water and let it boil, till all essence comes out of the roots. Leave the roots with water overnight. Filter the boiled water with strainer. Take the water and add the 1/2 kg sugar to it. Boil this until it has a thick consistency. After it cools, take a glass put in 5 tbsp. of syrup, add juice of half lemon, pour water, and put in a few ice cubes. Your sharbat is ready, ENJOY!
