Ingredients:
Dosai mavu / dosa batter - 2 cup
Rava / sooji - 1/4 cup
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Baking soda - 2 pinches
Onion - 1/2 chopped
Chopped curry leaves
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves
Salt
Oil
Method:
In dosai mavu add all the ingredients except oil.
Mix well and check the salt.
In a pan heat the oil.
Take little amount of batter with fingers and put into the oil.
Fry till it reach golden brown color.
Yummy bonda is ready.
We can add chopped green chilies instead of chili powder.
