Easy fried rice

Ingredients:
             Basmathi rice - 1 cup (cooked)
             Bell pepper - 1/4 cup (chopped)
             Carrot - 1/4 cup (chopped)
             Onion - 2 tbsp (chopped)
             Pepper - 1/2 tsp
             Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp or 2 cloves of chopped garlic
             Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
             Egg - 1 no
             Salt
             Oil
Method:
             In a pan add oil and heat.
             Add the vegetables like onion and saute, carrot and saute, bell pepper and saute.
             Make some space in a pan put the egg and scramble it, mix with the veggies.
             Now time to mix rice, pepper, garlic powder, salt.
             Stir well, till the rice gets separated.
             Hot fried rice is ready. Serve with crab curry, paneer butter masala, etc.
