Nandu / Crab masala

Ingredients:
             Crab - 4 (I used frozen)
             Onion - 1 (chopped)
             Tomato - 1 (chopped)
             Curry leaves sp
             Coriander leaves chopped
             Kuzhambu powder - 2tsp
             Salt
             Oil
For the paste:
             Coconut - 1/4 cup
             Cashew - 7
             Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
             Pepper - 1/2 tsp
             Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
             Ginger - 1 inch
             Garlic - 5 cloves
Method:
             Clean and wash the crab.
             In a pan add oil let it heat. Add curry leaves, onion, tomato, fry well.
             Add kuzhambu powder and saute well. Add crab and salt, mix well.
             In mixer grinder add all the ingredients from paste list, grind well with water.
             Add the paste into the crab, mix well, put the lid and let it cook till the crab is done.
             Once oil  loose out of the crab, stop cooking, add chopped coriander leaves.
