Mango pickle

Ingredients:
            Big mango - 2 ( cut as a cubes )
            Turmeric - 1 tbsp
            Salt - 1/4 cup
            Chili powder - 3 tsp
            Fenugreek seeds - 2 tsp
            Mustard seeds - 4 tsp
            Asafoetida - 2 tsp
            Gingelly oil - 3 tbsp
Method:
           Wash the mango, make it dry and cut into a cubes. In a dry glass bottle put the mango,salt and
            turmeric powder, close the bottle. Let it soak for a week.
           After one week. In a pan fry 2 tsp of mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds without oil. Make it
           Powder.
           In a same pan add oil and 2 tsp of mustard seeds. Once mustard seeds pop up, switch off the stove
           and add chili powder and asafoetida. . Now mix the soaked mangoes and fried mustard seeds
           powder. Pickle is ready.
