Kezhvaragu / ragi adai

Ingredients:
           Ragi flour - 1 cup
           Onion - 1/2 chopped
           Green chilies - 2 ( finely chopped )
           Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
           Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch ( chopped )
           Curry leaves
           Salt
           Water

Method:
            Take a bowl. Add all the ingredients, mix well with the hands. Heat the water in a sauce pan. Let it boil. Add the heated water into the flour mixture. Take a big ball from that and spread over the dosa pan and let it cook with 1 tsp of oil. Cover the pan with lid. If it is not coming good, we can make the adai with butter/wax paper. Serve with tomato chutney.
