Ingredients:
Gongura leaves - 1 bunch ( cleaned and chopped )
Mutton - 1/2 kg
Onion - 1/2 ( chopped )
Pepper - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 stick
Cloves - 2
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 5 cloves
Red chilies - 2 ( broken )
Green chilies - 3
Turmeric
Salt
Oil
Method:
Clean and cut the mutton. Cook in the pressure cooker with turmeric powder for 5 whistles. Grind the onion, pepper, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and garlic to a fine paste. In a pan heat oil add broken red chilies, then put the masala paste, saute well. Now add the chopped gongura leaves and green chilies fry well. Add cooked mutton with the whole water. Put some salt. Let it cook till it reaches a thick consistency. Serve with rice or naan.
