Green Peas masala

Ingredients:
             Green peas - 1 cup
             Onion - 1 chopped
             Tomato - 1 chopped
             Green chilies - 3
             Garlic - 3 cloves
             Cinnamon - 1
             Cardamon - 1
             Cloves - 3
             Cashew nut - 2 tbsp
             Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup ( chopped )
             Fenugreek leaves - 1 tbsp
             Milk - 1/4 cup
             Curd - 1/4 cup
             Salt
             Oil
Method:
             Wash the green peas and keep aside. In a pan add oil, put cinnamon, cloves,cardamom, fry well. Then add onion, tomato, garlic, green chilies and cashew. Saute well and make a fine paste. In the same pan add oil, put the onion paste and stir well. Add the peas, milk, curd, salt. Cook on the medium flame with lid.
Once gravy came thick, add coriander leaves and fenugreek leaves. Switch off the stove. Serve with chappathi or naan. We can make peas masala dosa too. Apply the peas gravy on the top of the dosa and fold it.
